The process for complaints is as follows:

- If a customer support representative cannot help you with your specific situation, you will be passed over to a Supervisor or Manager, who will be better equipped to resolve an escalated issue.
- Most issues and concerns are resolved prior to reaching this step. If you are still not satisfied with how your situation has panned out, please use the form below to have your concern sent to the Office of the President.
