Purchases At Sale prices shown on are in U.S. currency. Sales taxes will be added to all orders within Canada. Fluance is unable to accept international credit cards as payment for orders outside of the United States and Canada.

Payment Methods: only accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment for all purchases. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information. Fluance reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information.

Billing Address: Your billing information must be the same as listed for you by your credit card provider. We do not accept international credit cards.

Credit Card Fraud Protection For Customers Wishing To Ship To An Address Other Than Their Billing Address: In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud the billing & shipping address on your order form must exactly match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If billing and shipping addresses are different, please contact your credit card issuing company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card companies phone number can be found on the back of your credit card. The credit card company doesn't allow us to ship to non-verified shipping addresses for customer's protection against fraud. This helps maintain a safe on-line shopping experience for everyone.

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and networked with our business partners.

Note: Fluance will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. In the event of a shipping delay, partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.

Defective Product Returns and Exchanges: Should your order arrived damaged or not operational right out of the box, please contact our customer service department immediately at:

Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured. All defective products must be shipped prepaid and packed in their original packaging materials, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. Before the warranty expiration date, we will refer you to return your defective product to us for servicing under warranty.
