Shipping
Fluance offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Fluance.com uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders for products placed before 12:00pm (EST) will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground, or UPS standard services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release.

UPS Ground/Standard
Routinely delivered within 2-7 business days (refer to UPS Shipping Map at the bottom of this page for further details). Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping. Orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Time) may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out via UPS services.
Additional Shipping Information
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. Fluance.com will only ship orders within the United States and Canada. Fluance.com does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut or overseas addresses. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS.
Please note that UPS does not offer all service levels of shipping to certain locations. In these cases, packages will be shipped using the next best shipping service level or carrier as deemed suitable by Fluance. If an additional cost is associated with the alternate shipping method, we will contact you to confirm the extra charge before your order is shipped. Depending on the alternate shipping method, delivery time for your order may be longer or shorter than expected.
